Meet the Instructor
Adrienne Daniels, CYT 200
Cincinnati born and raised, I am a woman, mother, wife, daughter, and friend. Most importantly, I am deeply committed to helping others get out of their heads, and into their bodies.
I started practicing as a means to fitness, but over the years yoga has been a powerful guide in my own life. It has shaped how I show up for myself and for others, and in how I honor my body with care and intention. Yoga has helped me find balance, clarity, and resilience through all of life’s seasons.
It is my mission to share the practices I've learned with others. I help people de-stress, reconnect, and discover genuine ways to create peace and sanity, both on and off the mat.
